Supply of S3-compatible cloud storage for the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium

Summary

The contract covers three years of at least 10 TB of S3-compatible object-based cloud storage for the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium, including initial configuration and management, secure access, technical support, maintenance, data recovery, and handover at the end of the contract. Storage capacity must be expandable on demand, with no data-transfer limits or additional transfer charges. Data and backups must be stored within the European Union. The service must provide at least 99.982% monthly availability, resolution of critical incidents or a temporary workaround restoring service within four hours, and 24/7/365 support with a first response to critical incidents within one hour. Bidders must meet the specified turnover and comparable-supply experience thresholds and hold an ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent certification; the data-centre infrastructure must meet at least Tier III standards and the medium category of the Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS). Price is the sole award criterion, and the offered price must not exceed EUR 15,611.40 excluding VAT. Energy-efficiency measures for the data-centre infrastructure are required during contract performance.
