Renewal of Google Workspace licences and addition of Gemini Enterprise licences

Summary

The procurement covers renewal of Manresa City Council’s 860 Google Workspace licences and purchase of 215 Gemini Enterprise licences, together with initial Google Cloud configuration, Gemini Enterprise training and an 80-hour technical support allowance. The Google Workspace licences comprise 200 Frontline Starter, 250 Business Starter, 50 Business Plus and 360 Enterprise Standard licences. The Gemini Enterprise licences comprise 150 Standard and 65 Frontline Starter licences. The contract runs for four years. All licences must be delivered, configured and activated by 30 December 2026; the initial Google Cloud deployment must be completed in the first quarter of 2027, and training must take place no later than the end of the first half of 2027. The 80 support hours may be used as needed during the contract. The estimated tender price is EUR 858,639.92 excluding VAT and EUR 1,038,954.30 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and bidders must meet the financial, experience, certification and other participation requirements.
