Management of the Usera residential care home, day care centre and supported apartments

Summary

The Community of Madrid is procuring the management of its Usera care centre for older people, comprising a residential home, a day care centre and supported apartments. The centre has capacity for 141 residents, up to 40 day-care users at a time and 100 occupants across 50 supported apartments. The services include accommodation, personal and social care, health and rehabilitation support, meals, adapted transport, telecare and maintenance of the centre and apartments.
