Services and related supplies for the Family Space Centre in Leżajsk

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive operation of the Family Space support centre for residents of Leżajsk, from 1 January 2027 to 31 May 2029. It is intended in particular for children, young people, parents and carers, older people, people with disabilities, people living alone and residents who need help with everyday activities. The services include psychological support for children and parents; parenting coaching; parent-club meetings with refreshments; a staffed children’s club for up to 20 participants and afternoon snacks; assistance and care services with transport for up to 20 people; supplies of creative and educational materials and hygiene products; four family and integration events; tickets and transport for visits to cultural institutions; and stimulating activities for older people. At least 80% of the contract scope will be delivered. Bids for individual parts or variant bids are not allowed. Only providers meeting the special eligibility requirements for reserved social-service contracts may participate. The bidder must demonstrate professional liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, at least one relevant service worth at least PLN 200,000 gross completed during the previous 3 years, and appropriately qualified staff. The documents also set requirements for psychologists and staff working with children, accessibility, and employment under employment contracts. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and a social criterion (40%): points are available for directly assigning one or at least two people at risk of social exclusion to the contract, each employed under an employment contract for at least half-time. Before signing, the successful bidder must submit a work and financial schedule for approval. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure or refrain from signing if the planned funding is not obtained.
