Integrated pest control and legionellosis prevention and control

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for services at the Juan Gil-Albert Institute of Culture in Alicante. Lot 1 covers integrated pest control, including rodent control, insect control and disinfection. Lot 2 covers the prevention and control of Legionella, including advice on preparing a programme for implementation of the applicable requirements. Requirements include registration in the biocidal services register, a suitably qualified technical manager and a biocide applicator with at least level 2 qualifications, liability insurance of EUR 130,000, and additional laboratory, occupational safety and waste-management evidence. Separate proof of economic and technical/professional capacity is waived under this procedure, but bidders must satisfy the other requirements in the tender documents.
