Preventive and corrective maintenance of thermal and solar photovoltaic installations in Catalonia’s public housing

Summary

The procurement covers preventive and corrective maintenance of thermal and photovoltaic solar installations, as well as heating, hot-water and climate-control systems in publicly managed housing in Catalonia. It is divided into five territorial lots and covers 241 community solar-thermal installations, 13 photovoltaic installations, 5,033 homes with internal thermal installations and 233 homes with heat-pump systems. Lot 2 also includes energy management and efficiency services for the building at Plaça Alfons Comín 5 in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. The contract is planned for 24 months, with one possible 12-month extension.
