Support service for deploying an observability and cybersecurity solution for public-sector entities

Summary

The Centre for Telecommunications and Information Technologies of the Government of Catalonia (CTTI) is procuring operational support for the deployment of an observability and cybersecurity solution across 207 public-sector entities, covering thousands of computers and servers. The service includes deployment planning and coordination, monitoring progress and risks, supporting participating entities, and producing reports and project documentation; the entities themselves will install the solution. The contract runs for one year, with extensions of up to 12 months.
