External audit and certification of NEIKER researchers’ R&D and innovation activities

Summary

NEIKER is procuring an external audit and certification service for its researchers’ R&D and innovation activities under Spanish Royal Decree 475/2014. The certification covers 2027–2029 and two sites, with a 2025 reference scope of 63 researchers and 116 projects, including 32 projects that received international or national funding. The certification supports access to a 40% reduction in employer Social Security contributions for eligible researchers.
