Acquisition of rural land plots

Summary

The Municipality of Talamanca de Jarama is acquiring two undeveloped rural plots in polygon 12, with a combined area of 20,611 m², for future public green space, parks and recreational facilities, including play and sports areas and outdoor events. The plots measure 12,961 m² and 7,650 m² and are designated for specific protection within the northern Jarama River basin protected area. Their combined assessed value is €30,327.64.
