Repair and treatment works for five railway tunnels on the Monfragüe–Cáceres line

Summary

ADIF-AV is procuring works to repair and treat five existing railway tunnels—Mirabel 1, Mirabel 2, Río Tajo 6, Río Tajo 7 and Río Tajo 10—on Line 500 between kilometre points 271+297 and 302+179, on the Monfragüe–Cáceres section. The works address tunnel damage and defects and improve longitudinal drainage: the existing drainage channels in four tunnels do not collect water from the ballast bed and tunnel seepage, while Río Tajo 10 has no longitudinal tunnel drainage system. The works are not divided into lots, have a seven-month completion period and a tender budget of €5,056,279.93 excluding VAT.
