Renovation of Two Municipal Apartments in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

Summary

The contract covers the renovation and refurbishment of two municipal apartments at Avda. Levante 185 in Rivas-Vaciamadrid (apartments Bajo A and 1ºA). The works include removing furniture and belongings, inspecting and putting building services into working order, joinery and aluminium work, metalwork, masonry, tiling, painting, sanitary fittings and final cleaning. Work in both apartments must be coordinated and carried out simultaneously within 10 weeks, leaving them habitable, accessible and safe for handover. The estimated contract value is €42,980 excluding VAT (€52,005.80 including VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points; the lowest valid bid receives the highest score. Bids must be submitted within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice and include the price proposal and the European Single Procurement Document. The simplified procedure waives the usual financial and technical capacity requirements, but bidders must be registered in ROLECE. The proposed successful bidder must provide civil liability insurance with cover of at least €250,000 and the other evidence specified in the tender documents.
