Integrated Lift and Electromechanical Installation Maintenance, Inspection and Audit Services

Summary

The City of Madrid is procuring four lots of lift and electromechanical installation services for buildings used by its Culture, Tourism and Sport Department. Lots 1 and 2 cover preventive, corrective, event-related and statutory maintenance: lot 1 includes 24 lifts, 2 goods lifts, 15 automatic doors and 14 other installations at the Palacio de Cibeles, San Isidro Museum, Centro de las Artes del Libro and El Capricho; lot 2 covers 33 lifts, 3 goods lifts, 24 automatic doors and 5 other installations at eight further municipal sites. Lot 3 covers statutory inspections of the department’s lifts and electromechanical installations, while lot 4 covers maintenance and risk audits, condition assessments, monitoring, vertical-traffic simulations and energy-efficiency certification reports. The contracts have a 36-month term, with extensions of up to 24 months where provided for; the total tender budget is €965,485.27 including VAT.
