Lease of industrial building units to businesses in Posadas

Summary

The Municipality of Posadas is offering four newly built industrial units for lease to businesses at the La Sierrezuela Industrial Estate, on plots 81–82. Two units are 127.60 m² each and two are 255.20 m² each. Initial rents, including VAT, are €200 per month for units 1 and 2 and €300 per month for units 3 and 4 during the first three years; the lease lasts 36 months and may be extended by up to 24 months.
