Digital platforms for legal state examinations in North Rhine-Westphalia

Summary

The Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia, through its central judicial IT service, is procuring the provision, implementation, operation and support of an integrated set of digital platforms for written state legal examinations. The scope includes examination administration, secure electronic examination delivery, digital correction, an online practice portal, technical services and the required examination hardware. The service is planned for 2027–2029, with a one-time extension through 31 December 2030; demand-based call-offs have no fixed minimum or maximum quantities.
