Advisory and further development of the Brandenburg Road Administration portal

Summary

The State of Brandenburg is procuring consulting, development, implementation and maintenance services for the road administration’s web-based administrative portal. The portal is to be expanded into an integrated process platform supporting internal requests such as vehicle and courier dispatch, materials ordering, room and resource bookings, scheduling and fault reports, as well as administrative workflows including onboarding and offboarding, ultimately replacing the existing ticketing system. The unloted contract runs for three years and allows for a maximum of 420 consulting days; service, maintenance and support are provided throughout the contract term.
