Frozen lunch delivery

Summary

The contract covers delivery of frozen lunches to 10 childcare facilities operated by the City of Königslutter am Elm from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The menu range must include meat and fish dishes, vegetable and potato dishes, soups and sauces. Provision is currently planned for 488 children on approximately 230 days per year; quantities will vary with actual demand, and around half of the lunches will be supplied as fresh food. The procurement has two lots: facilities able to receive under 100 kg and those able to receive over 100 kg. Deliveries must meet DGE quality standards, hygiene rules and each facility’s requirements. Bidders calculate their prices using discounts on catalogue prices, and price is the sole award criterion. The estimated value is EUR 305,000 excluding VAT.
