Framework Agreement for Standard Software

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, rental or subscription of standard software, its maintenance and related services for Dataport’s own needs and those of its customers. Bespoke software developed specifically for an individual customer is excluded. A framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier, starting on 1 January 2027. Its initial term is two years, with two automatic 12-month extensions, ending no later than 31 December 2030. Orders under the framework agreement are capped at 150% of the estimated total order volume stated in the price schedule. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bidder must demonstrate average turnover of at least EUR 10 million in the contract’s field of activity over the last three completed financial years, provide at least one reference for a comparable project from the last three years that ran for at least six months and had an annual value of at least EUR 2 million, and provide two sales contacts with deputies. An EMAS or ISO 14001:2015-or-newer certificate, or equivalent evidence of environmental management, is required. Bids must be submitted electronically in German. Contract performance is subject to requirements concerning German-language communication, applicable German law, confidentiality, data protection and other obligations stated in the tender documents.
