Framework agreement for temporary staffing for construction projects of Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg

Summary

Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg is establishing a framework agreement with up to four staffing providers for the temporary supply of qualified personnel supporting the planning and delivery of the state’s construction projects. The three profiles cover technical development of heating-transition projects, management of heating-system conversions, and client representation or project management during construction. The framework runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with €8.9 million net in funding available; it guarantees no minimum number or volume of assignments.
