Recertification of QMS-REHA® 3.1 Clinic Network

Summary

The tender concerns the recertification of QMS-REHA® 3.1 across a network of five rehabilitation clinics. The contractor will perform document review and on-site audits, prepare and plan the recertification audit in 2027, and conduct follow-up audits if needed, producing the audit report and issuing certificates for a three-year cycle. Audits are planned for June–July 2027 to maintain certificate validity for certificates expiring between September 3 and September 27, 2027. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must hold accreditation by DAkkS and the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund or Bundesarbeitgemeinschaft für Rehabilitation and have substantial experience certifying rehabilitation clinics. Ideally, five clinics will be audited by a single lead auditor. Price adjustments may be possible if audit effort parameters change. All relevant data may be stored for the contract duration and the subsequent certification cycle in accordance with confidentiality obligations.
