Judicial officer services for amicable debt recovery for the Tarn DDFiP

Summary

The tender concerns judicial officers carrying out amicable, pre-enforcement recovery of receivables managed by the Tarn departmental public finance authorities. The service includes contacting debtors by letter, message or telephone, visiting the debtor where necessary, identifying a new address or insolvency, and reporting payments and other information to the public accountant. The work must generally be completed within 75 days; if the contract is renewed because the recovery objectives were not met, the period may be reduced to 60 days.
