Summary

The tender concerns the implementation of a special program of the Stiftung Wohlfahrtspflege NRW. The aim is to advance digital inclusion and to support the cognitive and emotional development as well as mental resilience of children and adolescents through a coordinated package of funded projects. The contractor will perform a range of tasks, including preparatory work, ongoing public relations, advisory services to applicants and grant recipients, application review and decision proposals, issuance of approvals, management of funding including disbursements, substantive program support and organization of exchange events to connect the projects, verification of proper use of funds including any repayments, regular reporting to the Foundation, and other related activities in agreement with the beneficiary during the project duration.
