HOAI and AHO fee calculation and capacity planning software

Summary

The City of Dortmund is procuring standard software to replace ConjectCM for calculating fees under HOAI and AHO and for project and staff capacity planning. The main module covers 2 administrator licences, 8 contract-management users, 104 project-management and time-recording users, 12 team leaders and deputies, and 2 reporting users; the KAPA capacity-planning module is optional. The scope also includes legacy-data migration, preparation for productive operation, remote training and system services for 48 months.
