Preparation of the urban development and land-use plan for Budapest District II (2026–2027)

Summary

Budapest’s District II Municipality is procuring the preparation of a new integrated urban development and land-use plan for the district, covering an area of 36.82 km² with a population of 83,797. The work includes the supporting studies and proposals, including an environmental assessment and heritage impact study, as well as the district development plan and regulatory plan. The contractor will also support the consultation process, incorporate necessary revisions and deliver the completed documents; preparation or amendment of the townscape character manual is excluded. The procurement is a single, indivisible assignment.
