Technical assistance for an alternatives study, basic designs and management model review for passenger terminals at the Port of Palma

Summary

The contract is for technical assistance to study alternatives, prepare basic designs and review the management model for passenger terminals serving ferries and cruise ships at the Poniente-Peraires quays in the Port of Palma. The contractor must provide the personnel and material, administrative and transport resources needed to perform the work, including availability for necessary travel. The team must cover six required professional profiles: a consultant’s representative experienced in port engineering and planning, an engineer specialising in port techniques and management, an architect or engineer experienced in port or urban planning, a BIM specialist, a specialist in administrative law and port legislation, and a specialist in the economic and financial analysis of investments. Signed CVs for all team members must be submitted using the form in Annex 16 of the tender documents.
