Operational support for ECP/EDX applications

Summary

MAVIR is procuring operational support for ECP/EDX applications used for secure electronic data exchange between European electricity-sector and market participants. The single-lot service covers ECP-BSP and ECP-MAPI from the contract’s effective date through 31 December 2029, and ECP-EMFIP, ECP-FB CCCt, ECP-OPDE/OPC/STA and ECP-VP from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2029. Support includes technical assistance and advice for incident handling, with a monthly allowance of 20 time-and-materials hours; unused hours may be carried forward for six months, subject to a maximum of 40 hours used in any month.
