Cleaning of Four Budapest Metropolitan Court Buildings

Summary

The Budapest Metropolitan Court is procuring 36 months of regular internal and, where specified, external cleaning, annual deep cleaning and related services for four buildings, planned for 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2030. The four lots cover the district court building at Kossuth Square 7–9; the district court building at II. Rákóczi Ferenc Road 78–82; the Court’s Companies Registry building at Nádor Street 28; and its archive building at Soroksári Road 53–55. The work includes cleaning windows and glass surfaces and, in some buildings, curtains; the first three lots also include up to 1,000 hours of optional cleaning each. The buildings have approximately 2,235 m², 2,775 m², 5,312 m² and 3,950 m² of internal floor area, respectively.
