Routine cleaning of the office buildings of the Lichtenberg District Office in Berlin

The Berlin Lichtenberg District Office is procuring routine cleaning at its public-service office building at Egon-Erwin-Kisch-Str. 106, where around 100 staff work and many visitors attend daily. The work covers office, meeting, public circulation, sanitary, kitchen, storage and other areas, including routine and periodic floor cleaning, surface cleaning, waste removal and replenishment of washroom consumables. Cleaning is scheduled Monday and Tuesday from 18:00 to 22:00, Wednesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 22:00, and Friday from 15:00 to 22:00. The contract is due to start on 1 January 2027 and may run for up to 48 months.
