Comprehensive Consultancy Services under Parallel Framework Agreements

Summary

fsb is procuring comprehensive technical consultancy services for non-subsidised renovation projects through five parallel framework agreements. The projects will vary in size and complexity, from limited works such as replacing windows and doors to larger renovations; whole-estate master plans are excluded. Projects will be located in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Rødovre, Brønshøj, Hellerup, Charlottenlund and Køge. The estimated value is DKK 125 million, with a maximum framework value of DKK 200 million; the agreements will run for 36 months with an option to extend once by 12 months. Specific assignments will be competed through mini-competitions.
