Design documentation for a residential building on Biskupia Street in Chełmno

Summary

Chełmińska Społeczna Inicjatywa Mieszkaniowa is commissioning multidisciplinary design documentation for a mixed-use residential building on plot 683, at Biskupia Street in Chełmno. The planned building has five above-ground floors and approximately 8,500 m² of usable space, with around 100 homes, ground-floor service premises, accessible apartments, an underground car park and storage units, and a U1 civil-protection shelter. The work includes design concepts and technical designs, cost estimates, construction specifications, required approvals and the final building permit, as well as author supervision during construction.
