Strategic framework agreement for technical advisory services
Summary
The procurement concerns a non-exclusive strategic framework agreement for technical advisory services for Esebolig and external users listed in Annex E1. The framework will be signed with up to four advisers and will run for 48 months. Under the framework, mini-competitions will be held for concrete advisory tasks, with awards based on the best price-quality balance. The scope will follow YBL 18 and details will be provided in Annex E2/E3 as applicable.
