UCN Cleaning Services 2026 – Prequalification

Summary

Professionshøjskolen UCN is procuring scheduled cleaning services in three lots: the Thisted campus, four campuses in Aalborg, and the Hjørring campus. The work covers regular, periodic and thorough cleaning of teaching, office and administrative rooms, corridors, shared areas and other premises. Services are due to start on 1 March 2027 for a 60-month contract. The contracting authority may extend the contract on unchanged terms for up to 24 months and may order additional or hygiene cleaning or adjust the areas to be cleaned. This is a restricted procedure. Applications must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 11:00, and only the six shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit offers. A supplier may apply for up to three lots and may be awarded no more than three. To qualify, an applicant must not have negative equity at the end of its most recently completed financial year, must hold business liability insurance of at least DKK 10,000,000, and must provide 3–7 references for cleaning work carried out during the preceding three years, giving the client, contract duration and value, and a description of the work. The award criteria are price (35%), annual hours including supervision and management (5%), quality assurance and organisation (50%), and sustainability (10%).
