Operational Emergency Response Services

Summary

The procurement covers operational emergency response preparedness and the operation of six fire stations for the Sydøstjyllands Fire and Rescue Service. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the Brædstrup, Tørring, Hedensted, Hornsyld and Juelsminde stations, currently staffed by part-time crews. Lot 2 covers the Horsens station, currently staffed by both full-time and part-time crews. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2028. The initial term is four years, with an option to extend by a further four years by mutual agreement. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least DKK 6 million, positive equity in each of the last two audited financial years, and the specified relevant experience. A signed declaration concerning the restriction on companies affiliated with Russia must also be submitted. Price is the sole award criterion for Lot 1; Lot 2 is assessed on price and quality. The submission deadline is 26 October 2026.
