Audit services for 2026

Summary

The tender is for audit services for TECHCOLLEGE and associated entities. The work includes preparing and auditing the entities’ annual reports, including financial and performance audits and preparation of an XBRL file; reviewing quarterly activity reports and VAT-compensation reporting; attending the board meeting that reviews and approves the annual report; and providing usual audit-related advice. The services also include quarterly auditor statements concerning vocational and adult education, a statement on HTX class size, project-related audits charged at an hourly rate, and advice on preparing an ESG report. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The contracting authority may extend it by one, two, three or four years, for a maximum of seven financial years, through 2033. Bids must be submitted electronically. Evaluation assigns 60% to the quality of the proposed work approach and 40% to total price; the work approach is assessed on the assigned auditors and the concrete delivery plan.
