Framework agreement for design and advisory services for road and utility-network projects

Summary

The City of Noisiel procured a single-supplier framework agreement for design, advisory, study, assistance and works-supervision services for road and utility-network projects in the municipality. The scope included preliminary studies or diagnostics, design stages, assistance with works-contract award, review of execution studies, supervision and handover, with additional services available at unit prices. The maximum order value was €600,000 excluding VAT per 12-month period, for up to five years. The procedure has been cancelled so that the city can redefine its needs and revise the tender documents; a new notice was to be published.
