Procurement of a forensic analysis system software licence

Summary

Hungary’s National Protective Service is procuring one two-year software licence for a forensic analysis system. The system must support analysis of mobile-device data collected using different tools, comparison of data from at least 200 phones at once, and access for at least 10 users. It must run on the contracting authority’s server rather than in the cloud. The supply also includes related documentation, and the product must be delivered within 90 calendar days of the contract taking effect. The procurement is not divided into lots.
