Television services for high-level meetings during Lithuania’s EU Council Presidency

Summary

Lithuanian National Radio and Television is procuring television services for high-level meetings held during Lithuania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2027. The procurement has three lots: services for leaders’ meetings in Vilnius, services for large-scale ministerial or European Commission-level events, and services for small- and medium-scale ministerial or European Commission-level events and other Presidency-related events. The services include mobile television production units in different configurations and technical and creative personnel, with a combined ceiling of EUR 1,301,911.20 excluding VAT.
