Expansion of access control and surveillance equipment

Summary

The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences is procuring a range of access control and surveillance equipment, including access controllers and readers, locks, turnstiles and speed gates, network equipment and cables, cameras and video-surveillance components, number-plate recognition equipment and software, intrusion and fire alarm equipment, software licences and a surveillance server. The supplier must deliver the equipment against individual orders and, where specified, install, connect, configure and commission it for use. The tender must price all required goods and state unit rates; the comparable total must not exceed EUR 205,000 excluding VAT. The ordering period is 24 months, and each order must be fulfilled within 60 calendar days at the latest. Deliveries must be arranged for agreed off-peak times and use the shortest feasible route. The bidder must complete the technical compliance schedule and demonstrate that the offered equipment meets the specifications and is compatible with the university’s existing systems. Required declarations and evidence must also be submitted for qualification and exclusion checks.
