Increase in the number of forest roads with artificial surfaces in state forests

Summary

VMU is conducting an open international tender to increase the number of state-significant forest roads with artificial surfaces. The procurement is divided into 13 lots; objects are located in the Jurbarkas, Dubrava, Kazlų Rūda, Radviliškis and Šakiai regional units; the works cover upgrading and maintenance of forest roads for third and IV category local roads. Proposals must include EBVPD and all documents proving qualification compliance, along with environmental and social declarations; compliance with EMAS/ISO 14001 or an equivalent standard is required; declarations regarding regulatory compliance including VPĮ 45.21(d) must be provided. Price-quality evaluation will be used; submission deadlines and conditions are specified in the tender documents.
