Workday Learning Management Modules (LMS)

Summary

UAB Ignitis Group Service Centre is procuring, in a single lot, cloud-based Workday HCM learning management module subscriptions and related services for employee and third-party training processes. The scope includes annual subscriptions for Workday Learning powered by Sana (up to 20,000 FSE) and Workday Learning for Extended Enterprise (up to 4,000 users), implementation and stabilisation, maintenance and support, development, configuration and consulting, data migration, testing, and training credits. The modules are to be launched by 30 September 2027; the contract runs to 20 April 2031, with options for two extensions of up to one year each. The maximum stated quantities also include 2,000 hours of development/configuration or consulting, 46 months of support, and 24 training credits.
