Supply and installation of a fixed audiovisual system

Summary

Vilnius University is procuring one complete fixed audiovisual system, including software and equipment, delivery, installation and user training. The system is to be installed at the Medical Science Centre in Vilnius and must serve five simulation rooms, three control rooms and two debriefing rooms. It must support audiovisual control, recording, live streaming, debriefing and archiving, and include the required cameras, computers, displays, microphones, speakers, servers and network equipment. Recordings must be stored on a local server with capacity for up to 5,000 hours of video. The supplier must deliver and install the complete system, make it ready for use and provide at least 12 hours of on-site training for at least six staff members. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of the contract taking effect. The offer must cover the full, indivisible procurement and meet the detailed functional and technical specifications. The offer must include the completed technical specification and the required technical and environmental compliance evidence. The software and hardware warranty must be at least 24 months, and the supplier must respond to a fault report within five working days. The bidder must submit a European Single Procurement Document with its offer and include all costs related to delivery, installation, training and contract performance in its price.
