Electronic ticketing system for the city of Utena

Summary

The Administration of Utena District Municipality is procuring one integrated electronic ticketing system for Utena’s public transport. The scope includes 14 onboard equipment sets, ticket-card initialization equipment, software, installation and integration, testing and training, and 24 months of system support and maintenance. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the planned value is no more than EUR 200,000 excluding VAT; implementation is scheduled for 10–16 months from contract commencement and in any event by 31 January 2028.
