Summary

Prague Public Transit Company is procuring a single electronic records management system, including its supply, implementation, operational support and further development. The contract also covers migration of data and documents from the existing AthenA system while preserving their integrity, links and metadata. The estimated value is CZK 35.5 million; the planned term is 80 months, with an option to extend certain services by up to 24 months, subject to a CZK 6.9 million limit excluding VAT.
