Routine maintenance of roadside greenery in part 12

Summary

The tender covers routine maintenance of greenery along roads in Prague’s part 12, as well as emergency work when needed, particularly removing trees from roads after natural disasters or sudden severe damage. The work scope and frequency will be set through an annual maintenance plan and the contracting authority’s additional orders. The estimated total value is CZK 47,220,660, and the planned contract duration is six years starting in September 2026. The supplier must provide a continuously operated telephone line for emergencies and use the CDSw-greenery application to manage work, reporting and invoicing. If the supplier does not already have a licence for the application, it must purchase one; the licence will cost no more than CZK 20,000 for the entire contract period and is a condition for signing the contract. Throughout the contract, the supplier must involve people who have been long-term unemployed, have been released from prison, or are under 24 and have no previous work experience. Bids must be submitted electronically, and price excluding VAT is the sole award criterion.
