Procurement of food ingredients for 2027

Summary

The procurement is for the 12-month supply of food products and ingredients to institutions of the Kiskunhalas municipality, divided into nine lots: dairy products; fresh vegetables and fruit; frozen foods; meat products; dried pasta; poultry; pork and beef; bakery products; and spices and other food goods. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Estimated quantities may vary by ±15% during the contract; payment will be based on goods actually ordered and accepted, at the successful bidder’s unit prices. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must submit a priced offer table and the required product information in Hungarian, and confirm that the products, their storage and transport comply with food-safety and hygiene requirements. Each lot requires HACCP-system evidence and relevant prior supply experience. Defective goods must generally be replaced within 4 hours, or within 2 hours for bakery products. By the time the contract is signed, the successful bidder must have a suitable vehicle with a separate cargo area and, for products requiring refrigeration, a refrigerated vehicle. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 5 November 2026.
