Equipment cables for Studio ST-3

Summary

The procurement is for cables for the Lithuanian public broadcaster’s third television studio, ST-3, divided into six lots: hybrid optical camera cables with mounting panels and transport reels; SDI video cable and BNC connectors; LAN network cable with RJ45 connectors and a crimping tool; single-mode and multimode optical communications cables; and audio cable with XLR connectors. Quantities include, among other items, 5,000 m of SDI cable, 5,000 m of CAT6A network cable, 2,000 m in each optical communications cable lot, and 2,000 m of audio cable. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. Each offer must include the completed offer form, the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), and the technical specification for each lot bid for, together with the required manufacturer documentation. No separate qualification criteria are set, but the proposed goods must meet the technical requirements for the relevant lot, be new, and have a warranty of at least 24 months. Delivery, including installation, is due within one month after the contract takes effect. Price is the sole award criterion, and offers are compared inclusive of taxes. Electronic invoicing and document exchange are required during contract performance.
