Delivery, deployment, configuration and commissioning of a rainwater pumping station monitoring, visualization and remote control system

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, deployment, configuration and commissioning of a system for monitoring, visualization and remote control of rainwater pumping stations. The contract includes a 36-month license after completion, as well as maintenance and technical support during the warranty period. The system must enable real-time monitoring, alarm generation, data visualization and remote operation, and be integrable with existing measurement and automation infrastructure (level sensors, pumps, valves, gates, and PLC/RTU). It must also provide data archiving, historical trends and reporting, and secure data transmission. Minimum signal requirements for pumping stations are specified in Annex 2, and training and related activities may be included as per tender documents.
