Catering Service Organisation

Summary

The tender covers the organisation of catering for the Vytautas Magnus University community and its guests at university events, meetings, visits and conferences. Services are ordered as needed anywhere in Lithuania; each order specifies the location, date, time, number of participants and catering level. The provider must identify suitable venues or caterers, submit at least two options matching the order and coordinate the selected service. Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance. The provider must acknowledge receipt by the next working day and submit its options within 1 working day. Services may be ordered for at least two participants. Separate food, drink, venue and service requirements apply to high- and medium-level catering; staff at high-level events must speak English. The bid must cover the entire procurement. The evaluated figure is the service organisation markup, which must be greater than 0% and no more than 8%; the lowest markup wins. The initial contract term is 12 months, with up to two 12-month extensions, for a maximum service period of 36 months or until the contract ceiling of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT is reached. Bidders must submit the offer form, the European Single Procurement Document and a declaration on compliance with restrictions concerning Russia. No qualification criteria have been set.
