Server hosting service provision for 18 months

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of an 18-month server hosting service for the Budapest Public Transportation Centre (BKK). The supplier will deliver a full server hosting package, including an at least Tier III-ready data center, with a minimum of six 42U racks, two independent power feeds, UPS, cooling at 22 ± 2 °C, fire protection and gas-detection systems, 0-24 security and monitoring, and high-bandwidth connectivity. The contract value is net HUF 100,128,000. The bidder must demonstrate prior server hosting experience (at least 12 months within the last 36 months) and comply with ISO 27001:2023 and ISO 20000-1:2019 or equivalent standards.
