Compliance requirements
A tenderer with tax arrears under the law of the country where it is established may be excluded. This covers arrears relating to state taxes, contributions or environmental charges, as well as overdue social security contributions. A tenderer established outside Estonia must submit a valid certificate or other document from the relevant authority in its country of residence confirming that it has no tax debts. These grounds apply to all lots.
