Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
For Lots 1–4 (meat, chicken, fish and sausage), the bidder must provide details of at least three completed public procurement contracts for sales of goods meeting the specified characteristics, completed within the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement. Each contract must have a value of at least EUR 10,000. The information must include each contract’s dates, value, and the names and contact details of the contracting parties.
The bid must be unconditional and comply with the procurement documents. The bidder must submit the completed technical and price table in Excel format, following the prescribed structure; bids are evaluated separately for each item. All offered products must have conformity declarations under Sections 35 and 36 of the Food Act. Where an equivalent product or evidence is offered, the bidder must explain the equivalence and provide supporting evidence. The bidder must confirm that the goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions.
